Who we are

The data controller is Whaltima Group EOOD (Валтима Груп ЕООД), trading as BLETRON.

What we collect

1. When you contact us through the form or by email: your name, email or phone, company, and whatever you write in your message.
2. When you visit the site: the technical data every browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the page you opened. We need it to serve the site and protect it from attacks. We don't link it to you as a person.
3. Analytics: we use Plausible. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. We see how many visits there are in total, not who made them.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
• To run the site, keep it secure and count visits: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. We won't sign you up for a newsletter unless you ask.

How long we keep it

• An enquiry that doesn't lead to a contract: up to 30 days after our last message.
• If you become a client: as long as the contract and the law require, for example accounting law.

Who else sees it

We use providers that process data on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Railway: hosts the site, on servers in the EU (Amsterdam).
• Cloudflare: the domain, site protection and email forwarding.
• Plausible: analytics without personal data. The data stays in the EU.
• Google: the mailbox where emails arrive.
• Resend: sends us the messages from the form, from servers in the EU (Ireland).

Railway, Cloudflare and Resend are based in the US. When data leaves the EU, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which are part of their data processing agreements. Google is also based in the US and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• see what data we hold about you;
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted;
• restrict how we process it;
• object to the processing;
• receive it in a portable format.

Write to official@bletron.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg, kzld@cpdp.bg. If you live in another EU country, you can complain to the data protection authority there.

Cookies

• lang: remembers the language you chose with the "EN · БГ" switch. It is only set if you change the language, and it lasts 1 year. It is strictly necessary because it does what you asked for.
• Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, but only when it checks whether traffic is malicious (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance).
• We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookie-free, so there is no cookie banner.

When we change this text, we update the date at the top.
